The Corporate Plan is the CER’s primary planning document. It supports transparency and accountability by providing Parliament, stakeholders and the public with a clear line of sight between our purpose, the outcomes we seek to achieve and the activities we undertake to meet them (see Figure 1). The plan also describes the operating environment shaping our work, and the capability, risk management and assurance arrangements that underpin our productivity and performance.
