01/12/2017 Relinquishment of Australian carbon credit units - the Clean Energy Regulator issued a notice under section 88 of the CFI Act requiring Country Carbon Pty Ltd to relinquish 34,274 Australian carbon credit units.

08/01/2018 The Clean Energy Regulator received an application from Country Carbon Pty Ltd under section 241 of the CFI Act for reconsideration of the notice issued under section 88 requiring relinquishment of 34,274 Australian carbon credit units.

19/02/2018 This project has been revoked under section 32 of the CFI Rule.

27/03/2018 The Clean Energy Regulator issued a notice under section 242 of the CFI Act to Country Carbon Pty Ltd affirming the decision to require relinquishment of 34,274 Australian carbon credit units.

20/04/2018 Country Carbon Pty Ltd applied to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) to review the Clean Energy Regulator's decision to require relinquishment of 34,274 Australian carbon credit units.

24/07/2019 Country Carbon Pty Ltd withdrew its AAT application.

13/08/2019 Country Carbon Pty Ltd relinquished 34,274 ACCUs to meet the relinquishment requirement.
