24/05/2017 Relinquishment of Australian carbon credit units - the Clean Energy Regulator issued a notice under sub item 390(5) of the CFI Amendment Act, where a project proponent requests a project be treated as a 25-year permanence period project, requiring KOCHII EUCALYPTUS OIL PTY LTD to relinquish 978 Australian carbon credit units in relation to the Don Stanley Reforestation Project.

13/02/2018 Relinquishment of Australian carbon credit units - the Clean Energy Regulator issued a notice under section 89 of the CFI Act, requiring KOCHII EUCALYPTUS OIL PTY LTD to relinquish 3,916 Australian carbon credit units in relation to the Don Stanley Reforestation Project.
