The Clean Energy Regulator (CER) has been recognised as one of Australia's leading digital innovators at the iTnews Benchmark Awards.
CER was selected as a finalist in the Best Federal Government Project category at the iTnews Benchmark awards and while we didn't take out the top prize, the agency was praised for our digital transformation during the 2020-21 financial year.
During this period CER introduced agile ways of working aimed at improving performance as well as culture. This has contributed to our technological evolution and put our business leaders at the forefront of strategic delivery.
'This has changed our culture around how and where we work. Our staff can now work in a way that suits their circumstances and life schedules.
While we were unsuccessful, we have punched well above our weight, lining up against organisations as large as Australia Post and Services Australia.
Congratulations to Australia Post on taking out the title. It was a fantastic night with some amazing innovations on show.
