CER-GO-007 Nominated person agreement to the making of a facility registration application and consent to use information

Use this form if you're applying to register a Renewable Electricity Guarantee of Origin (REGO) facility that is already an accredited power station under the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000 and you're not the nominated person for the power station. 

This form can be used to get written agreement and consent from the nominated person for the accredited power station. It must be completed by both the applicant and the nominated person.
