26/09/2013 Relinquishment of Kyoto Australian carbon credit units - the Clean Energy Regulator issued a notice under section 88 of the CFI Act requiring LMS Energy Pty Ltd to relinquish 22,941 Kyoto Australian carbon credit units in relation to the Wollert Landfill Gas project. These Kyoto Australian carbon credit units were then subsequently relinquished from LMS Energy Pty Ltd Awaba Landfill Gas project.
