First certificates approved for the Renewable Energy Guarantee of Origin

We have approved Renewable Energy Guarantee of Origin (REGO) certificates, the first for the scheme. 

The REGO was launched as part of the Guarantee of Origin (GO) Scheme in November 2025.

The first business to receive approved REGO certificates is Ecovantage, a registered participant that creates certificate projects that reduce energy or carbon emissions.
