Certificate shortfall register updated following RET liability surrender
The Clean Energy Regulator has updated the certificate shortfall register today following surrender by liable entities under the Renewable Energy Target (RET) for the 2020 assessment year. This includes a list of liable entities that have incurred shortfall in all assessment years.
2020 surrender rates
- The 2020 assessment year combined certificate surrender rate was 82.99%.
- For the schemes, the:
- large-scale generation certificate (LGC) on-time surrender rate was 79.75%.
- quarter 4 small-scale technology certificate (STC) on-time surrender rate was 99.999%.
- large-scale generation certificate (LGC) on-time surrender rate was 79.75%.
