REC Registry single sign-on now LIVE

From Monday, 14 September all Clean Energy Regulator systems can now be accessed through single sign-on.

Here is some guidance and information on How to RESET YOUR PASSWORD and logon to the REC Registry for the first time from Monday 14 September 2020.

As previously advised, REC Registry users will not be able to logon:

• if users are sharing an email address, or
• if the full name and email address in the REC Registry and Client Portal do not match.

If you are unable to reset your password, or logon you will need to contact the Clean Energy Regulator for ongoing system access on 1300 553 542.
