The Clean Energy Regulator has released the May 2020 Large-scale Renewable Energy Target market data.

Highlights include:

  • Seven power stations were accredited with a combined capacity of 518 megawatts (MW).
  • Two utility-scale power stations were accredited, with a combined capacity of 516 MW:
    • Bulgana Green Power Hub wind farm in VIC – 204 MW, and
    • Moorabool Wind Farm in VIC – 312 MW.
  • 32 additional power stations, with a combined capacity of 56 MW, were approved with accreditation start dates in February, March and April.
  • The 400 MW Western Downs Solar Farm in QLD was added to the probable list.
