The Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001 have been amended to expand the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES) for eligible solar PV systems from 100 kW to 1 MW.
This guidance focuses on areas where stakeholders have sought clarification regarding the expansion. It is intended to assist businesses, project developers, installers, agents and system owners who are planning or progressing mid-scale solar projects that may be eligible for STCs under the expanded SRES.
