The Guarantee of Origin (GO) Register is where we publish information about:
- participants and profiles registered in the Product Guarantee of Origin (PGO)
- participants and facilities registered in the Renewable Electricity Guarantee of Origin (REGO)
- PGO certificates and REGO certificates.
The register can be used to verify claims (e.g. a company’s use of renewable electricity) and track certificate activity.
About the GO Register
The GO Register is housed in Data Services and is made up of 5 different datasets:
- registered persons
- PGO profiles (not available yet)
- renewable electricity facilities
- PGO certificates (not available yet)
- REGO certificates (not available yet).
Each dataset includes all approved registrations under that activity. It won’t include draft applications or applications we’re assessing.

Renewable electricity facilities

The register promotes transparency by publishing detailed information about participants, their facilities and processes, and their certificates. This information helps build trust in the integrity of the scheme and supports informed decision-making across a range of markets.

Withhold or remove information from the register
A registered person can request to withhold or remove information from the public register.
We may grant this request to ensure information on the register doesn't negatively impact:
- the safety of any person
- commercial sensitivities
- national security.
We must balance any potential prejudice or adverse impacts against promoting transparency when deciding whether to withhold or remove information.
To make this request, download and complete the application to withhold, remove or amend information from the GO Register.
