We are modernising our online systems to streamline participation in our schemes, manage tasks and claim entitlement securely.
Over the coming months, ACCU Scheme services are progressively moving from Client Portal to Online Services. This will provide scheme participants with a single location for:
- scheme enrolment
- registering new projects
- varying existing projects
- reporting and crediting existing projects
- notifying us of events impacting your project
- managing your project, including user permissions.
We are upgrading our forms to be more intuitive, with automatic data validation and pre-population. Forms have been tailored for each method, replacing the generic task-based forms in Client Portal. These changes make the forms easier and faster to complete, and also easier for us to assess. This will reduce processing times, meaning quicker issuance of ACCUs.
Other improvements include more structure for collecting supporting information. This will allow us to publish additional data to increase scheme transparency following ongoing legislative reforms.
Upgraded systems and smarter forms strengthen the transparency and integrity of the ACCU Scheme. This is an important part of our response to the recommendations from the 2023 ACCU Scheme Review.
