The list is tabled before parliament and published on our website.

Relevant files
The list includes all files that relate to:
- policy advising functions
- the development of legislation
- matters of public administration.
Excluded files are:
- case related files
- files related to the internal administration of a department or agency
- files transferred to the Australian Archives.
