The information below provides a summary of the details specified on the 'Reporting Entity Information' screen for the registered reporting entity.
1. Name
This represents the reporting entity's legal name. You can update this field if required.
2. Identifying details
The identifying details for a reporting entity come from the registration application provided to the Clean Energy Regulator.
Identifying details, for an entity means:
- the entity's ABN, or
- if the entity does not have an ABN - its ACN, or
- if the entity does not have an ABN or ACN - its ARBN, or
- if the entity does not have an ABN, ACN or ARBN its trading name and street address.
If the ABN, ACN or ARBN fields are incorrect please contact the Clean Energy Regulator.
3. Street address
The street address of the head office of the reporting entity. You can update the street address as required.
Begin by typing the address in the 'Search' field. A list of matched addresses will then appear. Select the correct address from the list and the address fields will automatically be populated. If a matched address is not available, the address fields can be manually populated.
4. Postal address
The postal address of the head office of the reporting entity. If the postal address is the same as the street address, please tick the ‘Same as above’ checkbox. You can update the postal address as required.
5. Executive officers (or equivalent) details
The report must provide the details of an executive officer (or equivalent) and contain the following information:
- name
- position
- contact
- email address
- postal address
The table provided will list the executive officers whose details have either been provided to the Clean Energy Regulator (for example, as part of the registration application process) or linked to the reporting entity by the NGER contact person or another representative of the entity, using the Client Portal. Please select the executive officer who will submit the report in the drop down list provided.
If a 'Nominated Report Submitter' is submitting the report on behalf of an executive officer you should select the executive officer that authorised the 'Nominated Report Submitter'.
If you need to add or remove an executive officer or update details this can be done using the Clean Energy Regulator Client Portal.
6. Contact officer details
The report must provide the following details of a contact officer:
- name
- position
- contact number
- email address
- postal address
Please note that a reporting entity can only have one contact person. If you need to change or update the details of a contact person, this can be done using the Clean Energy Regulator Client Portal.
7. Add entity
This button is used to add new entities to the corporate structure. The following entities can be created as required:
- group member
- business unit
- facility
- facility aggregate
- facility network pipeline
Further information on the types of entities can be found on the Clean Energy Regulator website and in the 'Help' section of each entity type once an entity has been created in EERS.
8. Small facilities percentages
This button links to the ‘Reporting of Small Facilities by Percentages’ screen. Further information can be found in the 'Help' section of the ‘Reporting of Small Facilities by Percentages’ screen.
9. Report uncertainty
This button links to the ‘Facility Uncertainty reporting’ screen. Further information can be found in the 'Help' section of the ‘Facility Uncertainty’ screen.
