Participants can now search for any ACCU Scheme-related guidance in one location with the launch of our ACCU Scheme guidance library.

The CER publishes numerous guidance documents designed to assist participants in understanding various complex aspects of the schemes we administer. This new centralised resource for the ACCU Scheme will improve accessibility and help with overall information transparency.

Our guidance falls under two broad categories:

  • regulatory – helps stakeholders maintain compliance with the laws governing our schemes
  • educational – provides general information to help people participate in the scheme, such as ACCU method guides.

The introduction of our ACCU Scheme guidance library marks an important step in providing a common and consistent interpretation and understanding of ACCU Scheme requirements for stakeholders.

The creation of the library is a recommendation from the 2022 Independent Review of ACCUs.
