The Clean Energy Regulator is changing the name of our Client Portal Beta to Online Services. The functionality within the portal is the same, but we’ve updated the look to align with our new brand.

This includes our sign up, login, and reset password pages.

This rebrand is an initial step that will lead to future improvements, including merging individual systems together.

For now, you’ll still use Client Portal to complete most tasks, like:

  • managing access to organisations
  • managing your personal profile
  • completing forms and reporting.

You will be automatically redirected to Online Services when you need to complete a task there.

What can you do in Online Services?

Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) Scheme participants will be able to:

  • request and invoice for advanced payments
  • give notice under a carbon abatement contract.

Renewable Energy Target participants will be able to:

  • provide inverter serial numbers.

Safeguard Mechanism participants will be able to:

  • report annual production at a Safeguard facility
  • apply for a Production Adjusted Baseline determination.
