ERF fixed delivery exit arrangement: Benefit sharing consultation outcomes now available

On 29 March 2022, the Clean Energy Regulator released a consultation paper seeking feedback on a proposed benefit sharing framework for the fixed delivery exit arrangement. This consultation process closed on 11 April 2022. Fourteen submissions were received from a variety of stakeholders, including carbon service providers, project proponents, landholders and industry groups. The outcomes of this consultation process are now available on the Consultation Hub.

The benefit sharing framework has now been finalised and is available on the agency webpage. Benefit sharing requirements must be completed as part of the application process for the exit arrangement.

The application form for the exit arrangement will be available early next week on Client Portal. Applications now are open for participants with milestones falling due between 4 March 2022 to 30 June 2022.
