The 2022 Renewable Power Percentage and Small-scale Technology Percentage have been set

The 2022 renewable power percentage (RPP) and small-scale technology percentage (STP) have been set by legislative amendment. For 2022, the:

• RPP is 18.64%
• STP is 27.26%

The amendment instrument and explanatory statement are now published on the Federal Register of Legislation.

Under the Renewable Energy Target, the RPP is set to meet the annual legislated target for renewable electricity and the STP aims to set demand to match projected small-scale technology certificate creations.
