Registration for the 12th Emissions Reduction Fund (ERF) auction will close at midnight, next Wednesday 31 March (EDT).

To participate in the auction you must complete an auction registration application through the Client Portal. Late auction registrations will not be accepted.

During auction registration, as the authorised bidder, you are required to detail:

Applicants who are seeking both an optional delivery contract and a fixed delivery contract are reminded to submit a separate registration for each contract type.

Following acceptance of your auction registration, the final step is to submit your competitive bid during the auction window on 12 – 13 April 2021.

Applicants placing concurrent bids for the same project for different contract types, are advised to make both bids competitive and that the Optional Delivery contract price bid is required to be less than the price bid for the Fixed Delivery contract.
