Guidelines for the ERF Auction 13 are now available.
To make sure you don't miss out on ERF Auction 13 on 13 and 14 October 2021, if you have not already registered your project you should submit a project registration application by 12:01 am, Wednesday 25 August 2021 (AEST).
While parts of Australia, including the ACT, are in lockdown, the Clean Energy Regulator will go ahead with the ERF auction to provide project proponents the opportunity to secure carbon abatement contracts.
You may be able to make money and diversify your income by being awarded a secure, Government backed carbon abatement contract.
Carbon abatement projects can also provide other benefits such as improving the efficiency and productivity of your operations or highlighting your environmental credentials.
Carbon abatement contracts offer long-term set-price funding and flexible contracting options in the form of
Optional Delivery and Fixed Delivery contracts. Optional contracts are making up a growing share of new contracts and can help you manage your investment risks as abatement can be purchased by either the Commonwealth or other purchasers. The auction qualification form is now available in the
Client Portal. More information can be found in the Auction Guidelines.
