As previously advised, the Clean Energy Regulator will introduce single sign-on for REC Registry over the weekend of 12 and 13 September 2020.
From 7:00pm AEST Friday 11 September until 7:00am AEST Monday 14 September you will not be able to access the following systems while it undergoes a system upgrade:
- REC Registry
- Client Portal
- EERS
- ANREU
- Inspections Portal
What does this mean for you?
From 7:00am AEST Monday 14 September, the way REC Registry users log in to the REC Registry will change. You will be prompted to use a unique email address instead of your username that you have previously used.
How do I know if this impacts me?
If you have been identified as a person who may be sharing an email address, the Clean Energy Regulator has sent you an email with instructions on how to update your email prior to the rollout of Single sign-on. If you do not make the required changes, you will not be able to log in to the REC Registry from 07:00am Monday 14 September and will need to contact the Clean Energy Regulator for access.
