The safeguard baselines table has been updated today to reflect baseline determinations and declarations made under the safeguard mechanism.
Information published on multi-year monitoring periods has also been updated to reflect these changes. In addition, we have provided an estimate of the total number of ACCUs likely to be surrendered by facilities with multi-year monitoring periods.
We will continue to update this information on a regular basis as baseline determinations are made and new information becomes available.
