About this event
We’re inviting users of the current ANREU system to join us online for a free information session about the new Unit and Certificate Registry.
We will also demonstrate how the new registry works.
What's included in this session?
During this session, we'll provide context for the development of the registry and guidance on how to open and manage an ANREU account. We will also demonstrate how to manage Safeguard Mechanism credit units (SMCs) through the registry, including how to:
- access an ANREU account in the system
- manage your SMC holdings
- make transfers of SMCs
- perform safeguard surrenders of SMCs.
We will also provide information on future functionality and units coming to the new registry.
This event is for anyone who needs or currently uses an ANREU account, including:
- responsible emitters under the Safeguard Mechanism
- Australian Carbon Credit Unit Scheme participants
- general carbon market participants.
